PUBLISHING

BoldHat™ LLC is the game publishing division of the Reality String™ LLC network — publishing under its own 24-year-old mark. IP-first, franchise-first, built to last beyond a single release.

01

HOW WE PUBLISH

BoldHat™ publishes games where the IP is owned outright by the Reality String™ LLC network — no licensing intermediaries, no publisher extraction, no diluted creative control. The trademark has been in active commercial use since 2000. That track record matters on storefronts.

Our current publishing model is Steam-primary, with the ConOps21™ Interactive Drama Edition as the flagship. Both the game and demo pages have been submitted to Valve for review. The publishing pipeline includes demo management, store page optimization, and coordinated cross-platform release.

Publishing under BoldHat™ means the game comes out under a federally registered mark in continuous commercial use since 2001. That is a meaningfully different signal on a storefront than a new LLC formed the week before launch.

PUBLISH WITH US

BoldHat™ does not broadly solicit third-party publishing deals — we publish what we build. However, selective partnerships with aligned independent developers and narrative game creators may be considered.

If you are building a prestige narrative game, interactive drama, or franchise-capable IP and want a publishing partner with a mark in continuous commercial use since 2001 and an active Steam presence, reach out. No pitch decks required. Just tell us what you're building.

What We Look For
01 IP-first projects — the world exists before the product
02 Prestige narrative or interactive drama genre alignment

04 Franchise-capable IP with novel/game/ARG expansion potential
05 Developers serious about Steam and long-form audience building
